"Makella and provided excellent customer service. The property is clean and well maintained. Keep In mind office closed at night. Several people were accidentally locked out of their rooms with no way back in. Makella provides her cell number, make sure and same it incase this happens to you. Over all, highly recommend this property "

"We arrived on santorini on the 20th the hotel is in Akrotiri, it is a bit far from the port but that's fine, the hotel is isolated from the busy city and the staff is very helpful and friendly when we checked in, the room was clean, and looks exactly like the picture. One thing we love is that the breakfast at the hotel is the best we have had. We look forward to it every morning, the waitress and the staff greeted us every morning. "We loved everything about this hotel. Wonderful hotel staff, very knowledgeable and friendly. Every morning we had breakfast on our balcony looking over the beautiful caldera. It was amazing to see the beautiful sunset from our own balcony too! We loved the private and intimate atmosphere of this hotel. We would definitely stay at this hotel next time we visit Santorini. "My husband and I spent the week here for our honeymoon and it was perfect! The staff was amazing and the view of the caldera was perfect. Host helped set up an atv reservation for the week and it helped so much. Things are walkable here, but with the hill, curves and lack of sidewalks, it makes it a bit difficult. Many restaurants and things to do in the area. All around amazing and would come back! "
