You have to rent a car to get around the island, this location is on the other side of the island, if the airport is sold out the resort have a wonderful owner who rents cars. Location: Don't be put off that it's not directly in Oai--read the reviews and you'll find many people complain about the loud noise from the busyness and congestion of people. Kokkinos Villas is very quiet. You can catch the pubic bus for just over 2 Euro, a short trip; the island is no that big (compared to Australia!) The bus station is directly opposite the Villas and a mini-market and luxury restaurant...
