"Always my favorite hotel in Ventura to stay. The rooms are very spacious it is close to everything you can you can walk to all the restaurants and shops on Main Street you can walk to the beach from the hotel the staff is great and best of all their breakfast is awesome!! They also have a happy hour in five to seven now free drinks and snacks and newly remodeled you won't find a better Hotel then turn off for the price! It is way way better than staying at the Crowne Plaza believe me I tried...
"I was impressed by the hotel's beauty and cleanliness. The location on the water was also a significant advantage. Nevertheless, I was disappointed by the front desk staff's lack of customer service, which was similarly inadequate during my previous stay. To enhance their performance, I strongly recommend that they participate in training seminars."
