"We loved our stay here and had two massages booked, both were great. Definately one of the best hotels in Asia with hot water and good water pressure which is rare in Asia. Super friendly staff and another highlight was the breakfast buffé. For this standard you really get a lot for your money and this is the first time seeing a buffé after travelling in Asia for a few month. Would definately come back again without hesitation."
"The hotel was very nice and clean, but the staff made us sad to have to leave. My son and I stayed a week and we are literally planning a return in a couple of months, as they treated us like family. No need went unmet, and they were genuinely warm, friendly and helpful. I will stay with them EVERY TIME I am in Phu Quoc."
"The resort is quite private, so it is suitable for your relaxing holiday. The staff is helpful, but sometimes they did bot understand English quite well. There are 2 main restaurants with limited choices of foods for us to choose. The main pool is quite big and the safety is good as there are lots of beach security guards who keep monitoring all the time."
"Great room and view, pool was amazing!! Once arrived host was very good. Communication lacked prior to arrival like the location of the property is in the "SKY TOWER" which delayed our arrival. Our 2nd room wasn't ready by check in time and I Wasn't awear a fire drill would be happening during our stay but didn't know it was a test because I actually couldn't hear the alarm in our room just a slight beep so the noise was only in the hallway but couldn't hear that it was a drill. "It was an amazing property. The breakfast that was included was top notch and had so many different options. The staff were friendly. The pool was nice and the beach was wonderful. The sand was very soft and my kids enjoyed paddle boarding and kayaking. There was really no dining options around the area except for the resort and after being in other areas in Vietnam where food was very cheap, the pricing at the hotel seemed high although it was still cheaper that what we would pay in the US....
