"Great room and view, pool was amazing!! Once arrived host was very good. Communication lacked prior to arrival like the location of the property is in the "SKY TOWER" which delayed our arrival. Our 2nd room wasn't ready by check in time and I Wasn't awear a fire drill would be happening during our stay but didn't know it was a test because I actually couldn't hear the alarm in our room just a slight beep so the noise was only in the hallway but couldn't hear that it was a drill. "The resort is quite private, so it is suitable for your relaxing holiday. The staff is helpful, but sometimes they did bot understand English quite well. There are 2 main restaurants with limited choices of foods for us to choose. The main pool is quite big and the safety is good as there are lots of beach security guards who keep monitoring all the time."
