Beautiful and comfortable room. Finding this place on the first day was difficult as its precise location didn’t show on my iPhone map, maybe because it’s in the former military area. This area is also car-free so a cabbie wouldn’t have helped. BUT once we checked in and got oriented, we were able to take the tram nearby and go everywhere. The waterfront walk nearby was beautiful too.

The room itself was a 5 out of 5. What I did not like is 1) no staff present after 5 pm. I just happened to be there at 4:50 pm. 2) the young receptionist was going to charge me the full rate saying he had no record of payment. Luckily for me, I had brought my receipt showing proof of payment. Finally, when we left the room that night for a couple hours, I could not find a way to lock the door, so anyone with a key card could have entered the room to steal my belongings. The room was great, but the service was non existent.

Very clean and safe stay. Tucked away from the busy town, this smaller hotel had a safe and quiet neighborhood. The facility was very clean, comfy beds, and very helpful staff. We were able to keep our bags there securely before and after check in/out. Would recommend!

Nice place to stay but hard to get transport right to the door due to military base next door. Only a short walk to restaurants and supermarket.

Check in was easy, room was clean and hotel is in an excellent location. A little noisy at night as it’s on a popular canal. We rented bikes and had some issues and the staff was no help at all.
