Ibis had the most welcoming staff throughput our entire stay. Extremely friendly and helpful. There was someone available 24 hours a day for assistance. The rooms were clean and comfortable. I will definitely recommend Ibis to friends and family!

When I first entered the room, the towels were dirty, and there were a couple stains on the bedsheets. It was clear that the cleaning staff did a lazy job preparing the room, which was disappointing. The hotel location was good, and the front desk staff were nice.

Noisy room on the road side so moved to quieter side. Sound insulation inadequate. Hard flooring does not help. As it was freezing outside the room was not heated enough. Room decor good and bed comfortable. Needs facilities to make hot drink in room.

The property was in a good location where we could walk to the train station easily or other neighbourhoods. Overall the hotel was nice and a good value. The bathroom was an interesting concept - like a boat bathroom capsule and it worked. The bed was comfortable. I would recommend this hotel to other travellers.

Good location, a little walk away from the lively parts of Amsterdam but the benefit is that it’s in a quiet area at night. Really comfortable beds! Only negative is that the ground floor windows need net curtains, especially those that look into the courtyard. We had to have our curtains closed the whole time as those sitting in the courtyard and those inside the dining area could see straight through into our room.

Check in was fast. Room was available way before check in time. I like that you have to scan your room key to get in the elevator. It felt safe. Room was small but okay for 2 nights. Bathroom was small as well. The towels were thin and scratchy. The toilet paper was also rough. There was no tissue in the room. Went down and requested for a box. Thanks to the male staff in the reception that went out of his way to give me a box. If breakfast is not included in your stay, I don’t think it was worth paying for.
