Unfortunately, our experience was extremely disappointing and far below what we expected from a hotel. The condition of the property and the level of service made us feel uncomfortable and frustrated throughout our stay. What was particularly disappointing was the lack of proper staff support. When guests are paying to stay in a hotel, we expect someone to be available to respond to problems and concerns promptly. Instead, getting assistance was difficult, which made an already unpleasant situation even worse.

The bedroom was infested with bedbugs, we had to leave the property as soon as we found out. Do not recommend staying here unless they solve this huge issue

The hotel was in a great location. Tram line 14 takes you directly to the city center in under 10 minutes, and the metro station is also just a short walk away. The area was მშვიდful and felt very local, which we really liked. The room was not completely soundproof, but it did not affect our sleep at all (we stayed on the first floor). The room was basically clean, the bed was comfortable, and there was a good amount of space for two people. The only small downsides were that the pillows were a bit too fluffy for our taste, and the room was slightly warmer than usual. However, the cleaner had opened the window, which helped a lot. We also appreciated the blackout curtains, the easy check-in and check-out process, and of course the great location. We would definitely stay here again!

The location was definitely a plus — very close to the train, which made getting around convenient. However, the property itself felt a bit outdated and could use some updating. The stairs were also a bit inconvenient, especially when carrying luggage. Overall, the proximity to transportation was great, but the accommodations didn’t quite meet my expectations.

The street entry and around the door to the unit was less than desirable, garbage on street. The digital key and not having any person to see or check in with was a little hard when u r not tech savvy. But, once we got inside and into the unit all was good. They also all allowed us to drop off our luggage before we got into the unit. The unit was easy to get to and around to site see, with the tram stopping right at our place. I would recommend it.

Beds and bathroom were clean but overall the room was not that clean. (Carpet, walls,surfaces, The shower head was broken/ leaking. there is no staff at all, emails and messages prior to arrival got no response. Web site indicated there was an airport shuttle but there isn’t. Digital keys were a bit of a stress because if your phone dies while sight seeing you can’t get back into your hotel. Stairs are a no-go for large or heavy suitcases.

Did not stay because of bed bug infestation and property would not respond to repeated calls whether the infestation was cleared .Also could not get help from expedia .ca . They do not respond to their help line .

Where do I start. First off. There is no lift/ elevator in this hotel. You are expected to carry a 50 lbs suitcase up 2-3 flights up a circular staircase. There was no A/C in our room. So we had to sleep with our window cracked open. The next day and following days I continued to breakout with bug bites all over my body. Bed Bug Bites!! Thank goodness it was for only one night. And to carry our luggage down those stairs the next morning, being mindful to be quiet as we had to leave early.

Die Lage ist sehr gut gewesen, der Service im Hotel quasi persönlich nicht vorhanden, da alles online oder mit Spechanlage versorgt ist. Dieser Kontakt allerdings war sehr freundlich und verbindlich. Mein Zimmer unter dem Dach war wie gewünscht. Danke für den Aufenthalt!

We had very comfortable sleep. Everything was clean. The bathroom was marbled floored and was very easy to slip and thought it was ver dangerous. No complimentries for the bathroom and basics for the room. We found except for the cleaning staff that everything was remote and not on site. More of a room rental rather than a hotel.

It's a digital access only hotel, but no one was available to contact before arrival or during. Except when fire alarms were going off for around half an hour, someone responded on WhatsApp. Fire alarms kept going off because of a room next door. There were also engineers coming in each morning to check detectors and replace them.. was not contacted about this prior to arrival or during. Cleaning wasn't great, the cleaners don't replace towels or bedding, they just refold them up and mop. I would not stay here again. A shame because the location is great. But if you are going to be a digital access hotel with no staff present, you had better get the logistics and routines spot on.

Do.Not.Reccomend Very disappointing and concerning experience. There was water leaking through the bathroom light fittings, creating a serious electrical and fire hazard, along with ongoing work in a neighbouring room every morning causing noise and disruption. I was relocated, but the new hotel was worse. The room had a broken window covered with tape, a hanging door handle, unstable flooring, mold around the windows and in the bathroom, and was visibly unclean. I also requested a double bed as I’m travelling with a child but was given two single beds that could not be moved together. My family remained in the original hotel despite the electrical issue, which was extremely worrying. There was a clear lack of care or urgency from the hotel, and they have been unresponsive when contacted through Expedia. Overall, I did not feel safe in either accommodation. Very stressful and poorly handled — I would not recommend staying here

Tette sluker på bad, medførte mye vann på gulv. Vindu kunne ikke låses, ikke nye håndduker hver dag, bratt trapp og ikke aircondition. Ingen vifte på badet, gjorde at det ble varmt og fuktig når dusjen ble benyttet. Det annonseres med 24 timers resepsjonstjeneste, men vinsj ingen via vårt 3 dagers opphold. Men prisen var helt ok.
