Charming little hotel with great staff. Be prepared for a tight walk up stairs with no elevator but that's Amsterdam. Shower is weak but otherwise rooms are great, clean and nice location to all things Amsterdam.

Overall stay was good. Room was smaller than expected and we wished there were window screens so keep out mosquitos. The building is older so the floors were creaky and we could hear all activity from upstairs. We liked having the dining area and gift shop downstairs and breakfast was lovely. Appreciated their luggage storage area so we could leave out stuff day of checkout for a bit.

The staff was so lovely and I didn’t get her name, but the woman that helped us check in checked in on us our whole stay. We felt super welcome as it was our first time in the country!! We would definitely stay again! Also in a super convenient location, with the train station less than a 5 minute walk away. Several fun bars also just a 5 minute walk away!!

Lovely hotel with helpful staff. This hotel does not have an elevator and the stairs are narrow, so keep this in mind if you have mobility issues..

Very sweet staff and best location possible

Location is perfect, in the busy city center but at night you didn’t hear anything. The staff is very friendly and breakfast is “small” but use everything you need. I’ll be back!

I often stay here. Every time I meet nice staff members. The rooms are nice and good for the price you pay. The batherooms can use some TLC, but they are clean, swich is more important to me. The breakfast is small but there are a lot of options, a huge plus for me. It feels like a home. I'll keep coming back. And of course, the location is great.

Nice hotel, friendly staff in a great location with most attractions easily walkable. It is an old building so stairs are narrow and steep, ok for us as it added to the character but anyone not so steady on their feet needs to request a room on lower floors
