"Room very small / price is way too expensive."

"Na"

"Zimmer waren für 3 P. klein aber für eine Woche ausreichend. Parkgebühren für 3 T. 72 € zu hoch. Sonst aber alles super. Kommen bestimmt wieder."

"Best hotel in Munich with a great location. Super helpful and friendly staff in the heart of Old Town. Would recommend to all."

"Clean room. Amazing communal facilities."

"Beds were hard, last day there my husband took a hot shower, he opened the bathroom door and the fire alarm went off. Staff walked in when my husband was naked saying theres smoke in our room, when he saw the steam near the fire alarm he told us we had to leave bathroom door shut. There was no vent/fan in bathroom. Staff super helpful and friendly! I would recommend, maybe theu have softer beds in other rooms."

"The hotel is just across the central station so it’s very convenient for traveling around and for food. The breakfast is nice. Most of all we are very impressed by the receptionist, Hang Tran. He is so nice to welcome and take care of guests. We had good impressions of him from our stay last October. That’s why we chose to stay here again this time."

"Excellent breakfast and cocktail bar. Staff were very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly"

"The front desk staff were excellent to deal with and very accommodating. They stored our luggage for us and printed and few items for me. I appreciated the service. On our second stay, we were given an upgraded room (without asking) - very thoughtful of them to do this"

"Super friendly staff! Nice clean and comfortable room with everything needed and a great location! Didnt try the breakfast but would highly recommend none the less. Thank you!!"
