"The place was clean all around - it seemed they were on top of the cleanliness all over. (Room, halls, restaurant's, pool) One thing i would like to mention is the beach area was not maintained as well and not as clean. Also, there were horses right on the front by the beach the whole time and it kind of made the place smell.. i love horses but i would suggest they have them on the side of the hotel /beach area and not right in front of the beach."

"Overall the experience I had at this resort was a 10/10! The rooms were nice and spacious. The staff was so helpful and had lovely personalities. The all inclusive breakfast was so yummy! The beach was clean and big. Definitely safe to swim in. Also, it was awesome that there was so many pools to choose from, and the all inclusive drinks!"

"We had a great stay at Dreams Vallarta. The standout experience was the Mexican restaurant—the food was excellent, and the guacamole was the best I've ever had. The staff throughout the resort were friendly, helpful, and accommodating, and everyone spoke excellent English. The resort and our room were very clean and comfortable. The AC worked wonderfully and kept the room nice and cold, and the view was amazing. We had a couple of minor maintenance issues, including some broken jacuzzi jets and a broken clothesline, but these were small inconveniences and did not impact our stay. The room service food was surprisingly delicious and exceeded our expectations. Breakfast was our favorite meal of the day. The lunch and dinner options at the Asian restaurant, seafood restaurant, and buffet were okay—about what you'd expect from a hotel. While enjoyable, they didn't feel as authentic as some other places we've visited in Mexico. There was a strong push to attend a presentation, but when we declined, the staff remained respectful and courteous regarding the gifts and additional add-ons. Overall, I would highly recommend Dreams Vallarta for anyone looking for an upscale, hotel-style vacation in Mexico, especially travelers who only speak English. The excellent service, cleanliness, comfort, and outstanding Mexican restaurant made for a wonderful stay."
