This is a perfect place for a vacation, from the architecture to the service to the cleaning level and first of all for the exquisite personnel, polite and professional, invisible but always there, ready with a smile. "We were greted and made to feel at home. We were upgraded to a suite and it was very spacious and comfortable with amazing views. Breakfast was excellent taken right beside the sea. Lerapetra had everything including quiet beach, wonderful old town ans limitless places to eat fantastic cretian delicacies."

"Check-in was smooth and effortless. For a economy room I expected a shoe box so was pleasantly surprised. Not huge but more spacious than expected and bright. Small patio with a piece of ocean view for poor people like myself. The bed was super comfortable as well as pillows and linens. Breakfast offered MANY choices. No one should go hungry here. Luggage storage was also available. I recommend this hotel with no hesitation. "

"Τhe room was excellent, very modern and recently renovated but the rest of the property needs renovation. The pool had problems with the paint that was pilling off and the surrounding tiles were slippery. The stuff was very polite and helpful. The lack of parking space is a thing that should be solved."
