The hostess is lovely. The mattress was a bit too hard for our tastes. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. "

"My second time visiting in less than a year! Absolutely love this hotel. The service is incomparable and the food is exquisite. Our favourite options were the traditional Cretan restaurant Elemes and the Seafood restaurant Bony Fish. The service and the cuisine were star-worthy in both. My advice? Take the staffs recommendations on dishes of the day. Lots to do in the hotel's complex such as shopping ( I spent too much money here!) and snorkelling in the sea. The spa stocks brands like Davines which thoroughly impressed me as it is a sustainable B-corp brand that I love. The most incredible sunrise and sunset views! Already dreaming of our next visit. My only minor comment is that I would have appreciated a later check out option. Currently late check out is only available until 12pm and I would have preferred to be able to spend a few extra hours in the room by our pool rather than waiting to leave. "

"This is a fantastic hotel. The staff are friendly and helpful without being overbearing. The room was a good size and we were upgraded to a sea view top floor which was great as we werent overlooked in the hot tub. The pool area was fantastic, lots of beds, spacious, very comfy and gorgeousness infinity pools. We didnt use the al a carte restaurant but the buffet was great, varied and we were impressed that the head chef gave us a personal tour so we knew what the vegan options were. Thank you Yannis! Special shout out to Lucy and Marios too. "

"Our stay at Domes of Elounda was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, the service was outstanding—warm, attentive, and genuinely focused on making every moment of our stay perfect. The staff went above and beyond to ensure we felt welcomed and well cared for. The beach was absolutely stunning—crystal clear waters, soft sand, and a peaceful, private atmosphere that made it feel like our own little slice of paradise. We spent hours lounging and swimming, enjoying the incredible views and calm sea. The food was a true highlight. Every meal was fresh, beautifully presented, and full of authentic Cretan and international flavours. Whether it was the breakfast buffet or the à la carte dinners, everything we tried was delicious. The variety and quality were consistently impressive. The accommodations were immaculate. Our suite was spacious, modern, and very well-maintained, with thoughtful touches that made our stay even more comfortable. Housekeeping did a fantastic job keeping everything spotless throughout our visit. Overall, Domes of Elounda exceeded every expectation. It’s a perfect mix of luxury, relaxation, and top-notch service. We can’t wait to return!"

"We were greted and made to feel at home. We were upgraded to a suite and it was very spacious and comfortable with amazing views. Breakfast was excellent taken right beside the sea. Lerapetra had everything including quiet beach, wonderful old town ans limitless places to eat fantastic cretian delicacies."

"Absolutely perfect place. The hotel and grounds are beautiful in design and construction. The location, on a sandy beach with a protect small harbor, could not be better. The food options were good and the food excellent. But as important, the people: beyond compare. We’ve stayed at a lot of 5 star resorts and Nana Princess ranks in the top if not #1. "

"Beautiful hotel. We upgraded to a sea view room with plunge pool which was stunning. The staff couldn’t do more for you and always greeted us with a smile. Brilliantly situated, just a short stroll to the centre of town on the flat. Would definitely recommend "

"Exceptional stay. The property was amazing with lots to places to chill and relax. The food was absolutely amazing With lots of variety in the buffet including for kids and toddlers. Perfect for a family trip. They had thought of everyway to make our stay comfortable and even gave us an upgrade to all inclusive. Highly recommend and a must visit"
