"Despite a confirmed reservation that I showed at the reception desk, the receptionist said that it was not possible that we had a reservation, since they did not accept reservations through Expedia. We had been looking forward very much to this glamping experience, but had to make a last minute reservation in another hotel. Terrible experience."

"The property was safe and in a great location. The security personnel are great at enforcing safety precautions. The building is nice and located near all kinds of shops. Parque La Mexicana is beautiful and safe to walk through at any time of the day. The views from the room are also great as this room overlooks the park. We had a few concerns with the property though. One of the bedroom window curtains that block the sun was missing, so we were woken up early by the incoming bright light....

"Very pleasant stay; the hotel is conveniently located , staff was very friendly and looks like they’ve been doing renovations lately…a lot of new features. My room appeared to be refurbished but a couple of things were out of place …the bathroom door was really beat up and at a minimum needs some paint and the mattress was extremely springy. Lastly a lot of rooms including mine face a courtyard where they have a bar and music..although the music ended at 9, until that time you can listen to a lot of peoples conversations from your room; the music was very pleasant though "
