We arrived late, but everything was explained so clearly about entry codes and when we checked in, in person, the next morning, we were welcomed at reception with kindness and useful information. "From the time we arrived, entered the hotel we were greeted by a lovely receptionist, that was very helpful in lending us her phone charger, we forgot ours, the hotel smelled beautiful and fresh, our room was spotlessly clean and very quiet, it was based in a residential area, not too far to walk down to the front, about 15 mins, I would definitely recommend this hotel if your staying for a short break in Alicante, it’s superb "

Lo único malo fue que nuestra habitación estaba en el cuarto piso y el elevador solo llegaba al tercer piso. Yo lo recomiendo y volvería. "

"New hotel near main railway station. Very modern, clean, tidy and comfortable. Great shower and beds comfortable - should have asked for another pillow as only one. Didn't have breakfast but it looked nice. Free tea coffee and juices in the lobby 24/7 which was good. Staff very friendly. Location ok as you can walk to sea front /harbour in 15 to 20 minutes and lots of food drink options easily walkable. Overall I would definitely recommend this hotel. "
