I really liked this apartment in the middle of the centre of Alicante. The apartment was equipped with all the amenteties you need. The staff was very helpfull. Nice pool and the fitness was good too. A lot of restaurants around in this area. I can recommend this place.

Absolutely wonderful stay,

The staff on reception are great, well spoken English for the tourists, well spoken in general and very polite and showed us around. Very clean, ac works great. Nice tv. Amazing size everything was great.

We stayed in 2C one bedroom with a terrace. The room was spacious as was the livingroom. Nicely decorated and modern. Great location. Reception staff were so helpful. The rooftop pool is amazing. Felt so peaceful in amongst a busy city centre. Would 100% book here again.

Good stay in centre of Alicante. Good apartment, no views though apart from roof top pool, which was good, although filters probably need cleaning as pool was sandy, and sun beds in way of shower. Easy ten to fifteen minutes stroll to beach and location is right in the centre. Staff excellent.

The appartement itself was very nice. The rooms had good beds, the livingroom was spacious and the kitchen had every basic needs to cook a meal. The location however is both an advantage as disadvantage as it is located in the centre of Alicante so everything is nearby. But that also means it can be very noisy in the street, especially in the weekend. Earplugs are highly recommended..

Accommodation was good. Clean and well equipped. Would have liked another socket in the kitchen area. We were surprised there were no USB outlets. It was very central and easy to walk anywhere.

Lovely and as per expected. Excellent location and felt like a 'quick home'. I would only dislike the matrix of the double bed and lack of pillow choices. Something the manager should consider in future adjustments.

We had an amazing time at MyFlats Bailen Apartments. Cynthia was great! She welcomed us nicely and then was always available for all the questions we had during our stay. Totaly recommend this place!

Check-in was pretty simple, although we were charged for a late check in, which seemed excessive. It was very cold and took at least 12 hours to heat the front room and bedroom. We tried to shower the night we got in only to find there was no hot water, and 3 roaches in one of the bathrooms. The next morning they attempted to fix the hot water, but when we tried to shower again, there was only hot water for about 5 minutes, which was pretty miserable as it was very cold outside. We contacted the property manager again but they never responded. The TV in the common area wasn’t working, and the location of the property is in an area with a few bars, so it was pretty loud until about 4am. Sadly I would NOT recommend this place unless you like cold showers, roaches, and sleepless nights.

Great property. Staff was friendly when arriving but otherwise they kept to themselves. The water pressure from.the shower and AC was excellent. Conveniently located, quiet and easy to find. No duvets were available but we did not as either. Could provide better pillows. Overall i do recommend

Good value for money

Stayed for 7 days in a combined worktrip/vacation. The location was absolutely perfect and within walking distance to old town, the port, the airport bus, shopping and a massive amount of restaurants and bars. The apt was clean and tidy and I much enjoyed the hot water in the shower. Extra plus for additional towels for me to change, when needed. The shower gel and shampoo were not very high quality, though. Perfectly ok equipped kitchen – if I should have used the kitchen for more cooking, I would have liked a larger kitchen knife and a midsized saucepan/pot in addition to a petite one and the 5Litres. Very welcoming staff (all of those I met) – friendly and helpful. Much quieter than expected Sunday-Thursday (no trafic on Calle Bailén) but much noise from the bars outside on the Friday and even worse on the Saturday late evening(s). Acceptable wi-fi. Rather hard bed in master bedroom. In conclusion, really good value for money. I will come back.
