"Stunning building in great location. Continental breakfast served very nicely in restaurant joined to Hotel. Staff in restaurant excellent & setting beautiful but no connection with Hotel which it showed. Hotel Staff abysmal so miserable especially Sylvia. The water pressure not great in showers. No shelving or drawers in bedrooms/bathroom for belongings on a short rail. Water nice touch in fridge but no coffee? Sloping Terrace dangerous , no furniture & NO BAR in Hotel even though sales details say they have? Would not stay again as no atmosphere… door roped of an evening …. Strange? "

"Convenient location and good quality installation. Daily room service was excellent. Hotel advertises that it has a sauna, but in fact it is a steam room. Gym, hot tub and steam room are small."

"The Superior Double room was very spacious and very clean. Staff were amazing and very helpful. There is parking but we did not use this as the hotel location is right on the main promenade and easy walking to the marina, beach and main town, with the Ramblas Road in east reach. Various squares with restaurants also in walking distance. Breakfast at the hotel was the only area where not excellent but it is sufficient with continental breakfast and a hot breakfast combo. "

"Great location: a five minute walk from the market, maybe 10 minutes to the airport bus, and all of 20 minutes to the waterfront. There's a restaurant attached to the hotel, but it was never open in the morning, so can't comment on the fare. In any case, there's no shortage of places to eat. Great coffee and breakfast at the bar just as you approach the rear of the market."

"Stayed for 3nts in a double room. Great location, perfect for exploring the city centre on foot, and only two minutes from Luceros tram stop and a bus stop if you want to explore further. Rooms were spacious and clean, with a decent sized bathroom and balcony. We had a double room, so no kitchenette or mini fridge in ours, but there are studios and one bedroom apartments available if you want them. We were on the 1st floor but if you're higher up, I would expect you'd have great views over the city too. It was great value too. We would return."

"Good value for money pretty central but not very clean, extremely noisy with banging doors and loud voices everywhere. Grumpy reception staff. No aircon, no fridge not much anyway.. massive hole in wardrobe and toilet sealing like it was about to collapse. But we didn’t stay at all inside just for a night sleep so for us cost was the most important bit"

"Room was clean, bathroom was very clean, bed linen was clean and crisp. The bed was comfortable, the shower was very good overal. The tea and coffee facilities in the room were good. Areas to note were the coffee cups were not reusable and one bathroom plastic cup had a crack. "
