"Overall the location is great and the room's were fairly clean, but I did notice tons of staining on our interior side of the door like it's never been wiped. Looked like someone had spilt something trying to open the door. The bed was comfy, though the duvet felt thin. I think I was most disappointed with the cost. I thought it was a good deal, but after the facility fee AND taxes, it was actually really high for such a small room."

"They position it as a resort-style luxury experience, but it is far from that. It is really just a basic standard hotel stay with small rooms. So the value just isn't there, especially when you're paying a nightly resort fee for a place that has little to no amenities and minimal service. Even if they give you the $20 day credit, it doesn't outweigh just staying somewhere else. It's not in a crowded area with service that just doesn't compare to what else is in the area for the exact same price. Then this hotel is just across the street. The only reason to stay here is to read the history on the walls, which you can do for free if you just come as a patron versus a guest of the hotel. If you want to say you stayed at the hard rock save that bucket list for Vegas. This isn’t even comparable. "

"Front desk was rude. To her credit, a long line had formed. I inquired about early check-in for reservation by telephone the day prior and was not told of a early check-in fee. Overall. Good experience. Would recommend."

"The property is at a great location. I felt accommodated for the most part accept for a few hiccups with 1-2 of the front desk staff. The room we stayed was clean but had issues."
