DISAPPOINTED

We traveled with 4 couples (25-30 yrs old, no children) and arrived with high expectations. When we pulled up to the entrance, there were banners everywhere proudly displaying the words "FAMILY LIFE." Reception took one look at our group and gave us what were probably the lowest grade hotel rooms in the basement of the hotel. The "windows" were barred (could not be opened so rooms were cold and dark) and there were young children EVERYWHERE. Facilities were mediocre at best and the only dining options available are the hotel buffet (yuck) or the 2 restaurants at the hotel (also limited in options with an overpriced set menu). No restaurants outside the hotel or nightlife to explore unless you take a 30 minute cab ride. This may be a good spot for families with young children for parents to get rid of their kids for a few hours, but it was not for us and we will not be back.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Mit dem Auto gut zu erreichen. Immer ist jemand am putzen. Die Einrichtung ist modernisiert. Lediglich das Badezimmer ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Ansonsten ein durch und durch schöner Urlaub. Wir kommen gerne.

Struttura bellissima anche se datata ma tenuta bene, pulita e curata. Da migliorare la vasca da bagno. Cibo buono e abbondante, si mangia sempre a buffet. Camere spaziose e piscine bellissime. Il mare un incanto. Ci tornerò.

La struttura non è assolutamente un quattro stelle, le foto delle camere sul sito di prenotazione non corrispondono alla realtà. Vasca da bagno adibita a doccia con tendina, sifone intasato con capelli del cliente precedente che riemergono. Gli orari e i passaggi del trasporto pubblico indicati in rete non esistono. Nessuna navetta organizzata dall'hotel per raggiungere Alghero, la sera praticamente si è agli "arresti domiciliari" costretti a sorbire l'animazione dell'hotel. L'animazione in spiaggia fastidiosa e con musica a tutto volume. Spiaggia poco pulita con tappi di bottiglie e mozziconi di sigarette.

The hotel is nice, but quite old. The room was certainly not worth the 4-star rating. The food was good but not exceptional. The staff were courteous, but, due to several different teams working there, some things were overlooked (for example I was not told that, on a specific evening, there would be no dinner before 8:30pm - to their credit the restaurant staff did make me a sandwich at 7:30pm, as I did not want to wait until 8:30pm to eat). Having the tennis courts and pool available, as well as a lovely beach, was very convenient.

food excellent - had probs with room ... no bathplug - one was finally sourced but not good fit :( / also roomsafe failed (open fortunately and engineer sorted) beach/pool facilities limited as end of season but will defo go back for a 4th visit :) was amazing to see world wheelchair tennis tournament which was unexpected but so inspiring - so much enthusiasm from all the athletes from all the countries - was great experience and hotel great host/catering for event

Ne vous faites pas avoir ! Loin d'être un 4*

Cet endroit ne devrait pas s'appeler HOTEL 4. Les check in ne se font qu'à 15h. Arrivés à 10h du matin. Aucune possibilité d'avoir une chambre avant 15h même si vous avez des enfants en bas âge. La chambre nous a été donnée a 16h. Le confort de la chambre familiale est nul. Pour un 4* on ne trouve pas de bons oreillers, le lit est à ressort et est creusé d'un côté. Deco vieillotte et moche. Les interrupteurd pour allumer les veilleuses de part et d'autre du lit sont au milieu du lit. Donc, c'est vous dire que pendant chaque nuit vous pouvez toucher et allumer les lumières sans faire exprès. Dans la salle de bain, le savon commun fixé au mur bad gamme. Le lavabo bouché. Il faut constamment enlevé le fermoir a vasque pour faire passer l'eau. L'eau dans la baignoire ne coule pas facilement. Aucune bouteille d'eau ni bouilloire ni cafe ni thé dans les chambres. L'hôtel ne fournit pas d'eau. Et ils le disent fièrement. Pour ceux qui prennent une pension complète, attention les aliments ne sont pas de qualité. Pour le petit déjeuner, le café n'est pas bon. Ils utilisent des machines bad gamme qui fournissent lait, cappuccino, café au lait... Tout est systématiquement sucré dans les boissons chaudes. Dommage pour les diabétiques. Toutes la semaine mêmes viennoiseries et desserts. Les plats tournent en boucle :pate, riz, pomme de terre. J'ai même eu droit à un ver dans ma salade. Sinon plage et piscine sympa. Le personnel ne parle pas anglais, français, espagnol systématiquement.

Leuk hotel

Hotel is ons goed bevallen. Ruim hotel waar veel gasten all inclusive zitten. Heel leuk voor kinderen want die zie ik veel. Ontbijt is goed niks over te klagen. Een avond buffet genomen en dat is bij lange na geen 25€ pp waard. Eten was niet lekker op pizza na. Wel een mooie lokatie en dicht bij het strand.

Hotel muy bonito pero lleno de familias con niños.

No tengo nada en contra pero cuando contratamos la estancia en este hotel no sabíamos que el hotel estaba dirigido a familias con niños y todas sus actividades rran dirigidas a ellos. Además los horarios estan oreintados a los extranjeros y no a los propios residentes (desayuno a las 7, comida a las 12 y cena a las 19) Por lo demás todo bien, muy limpio todo y muy cómodo.

gut geführtes Familienhotel

Für Urlauber mit Familie (bei uns Großeltern, Eltern mit 2 Kleinkindern) bietet das Hotel viele gute Freizeitmöglichkeiten. Das Essen (Buffet) war sehr abwechslungsreich und sehr gut; es gab zu jedem Essen zusätzlich regionale Speisen. Die Köche beim live-cooking waren ebenfalls sehr bemüht. Die Poollandschaft sowie der Strand waren sehr sauber.
