"This was one of the best Motel 6 I have stayed in, only two in my 70 years. The lobby isn’t that great and I almost walked out. Anchorage is expensive and I only needed the room for one night, so I gave it a try. When I opened the door to the room, I was holding my breath. The first thing I saw was the bathroom and that is why I stayed. Clean and looked newly remodeled. Room cleaned but the bed not so liked and much to soft and lumpy but it did its job. I highly recommend for a night or two, quite area right off freeway. Only major problem, I paid for room online through Expedia using a credit card, two days later I received a text that they were trying to charge my debit card as well, I never showed them my debit card, I do not know how they got it and why they tried using it when the room was already paid for. My bank declined and I am happy. I did reach out to Expedia as to what happened."
