"Under different circumstances I probably wouldn’t rate this a 5. But we were able get a room here on February 22 during the cartel activity that delayed our flight home. The staff were very kind the room was clean and the breakfast was included. We felt safe because we were put in an inside wall room. The only negative was the sewer gas smell in the bathroom. The place is unique being made from shipping containers. Nomal circumstances this place is a strong 4"

"Miss Karen at the Owest snack bar was a delight. She was so thoughtful, always going the extra mile. The whole staff at Owest was fantastic, as was the staff at the Hacienda hotel. Gracias a todos!"
