"Very nice hotel and everything perfect"

"Excellent service from the waitress serving dinner to a whole restaurant by herself but managing to keep everything going smoothly and giving great service. By contrast the waiter serving at the breakfast was very unfriendly"

"Terrible place. Not worth the little money at all. The pillows are not meant to be for human. Each day we had to ask for cleaning while it should be standard. Beside it’s loud at night due many clubbing in the building. Not recommended at all."

"جميل جداً الجناح التنفيذي مرتب"

At checkout, the deputy manager approached us to apologize and promised to contact us via WhatsApp to arrange compensation. That message never came, and no compensation was provided. Making a promise and failing to follow...

"Kind service and very nice rooms and amenities would recommend."
