Hotel rating should not be 5 stars

Advantage: The Staff were friendly Disadvantage: The bed was not clean, so we asked them to change both the bed covers and the sheets. Hair was found on the floor (on the carpet). The beach experience was not good for us. Despite being valet parking, we had to wait for 20 minutes for our car to be released (valet parking Although it has recently opened, there are less star hotels and better facilities than this hotel.

Stayed for just one night, had to wait for a room to be ready at 3pm, which is fine. My rooms was tiny، very gloomy with a terrible view, the hotel wasn't as busy and yet they managed to provide the most depressing room available. The noise from the outdoor units seeps in and the noise in the morning from the workers doesn't stop, given that the Windows are completely closed. In Room Dinning was a disgrace, seafood pasta was practically CUT pasta with concentrated tomato paste. Felt like Campbells soup. Even the fries wasn't fresh.

Probably the best hotel experience in a very long time. From the excellent arrival and check in experience. Neha, Fahad treated me so well when i arrived early morning. The hotel is in a fantastic albeit new location and the attention to detail everywhere is beyond impressive. Had a beautiful breakfast and all other meals i had either at poolside or evening dinner was superb. Albeit i feel expensive maybe but at a 5 star hotel in the Gulf maybe not surprising. Excellent room. Great amenities. Faultless housekeeping. The most important part of the experience was the team of people. Humbled at their service and care. I didn’t get all the names but service was so personal and friendly across the hotel. But happy to mention that Neha, Fahad at reception represented the whole team there so well. At Origins i shall remember Das and Pradeep who were superb. As were Reddy and Mohammed up at the pool. Four days of bliss. I tend not to visit same hotels as I travel lots but would be delighted to return here again. Thanks to all.

Very professional staff. Very clean. Nice little touches like a complimentary plate of desserts brought to my room randomly and the housekeeping even folded and organized my discarded clothing and wrapped up my electronics cables neatly with Velcro cable wraps. Breakfast and lunch buffets were good, adult beverages were somewhat expensive though.

Everything was good but honestly the check-in, check out, the valet service, and the baggage service is terrible. They can’t deal well with busy times and everything of the above-mentioned is significantly delayed. There’s no kids pool that allows kids <6 to swim safely.

We recently enjoyed a fantastic family holiday at the Vida Beach Resort Marassi Al Bahrain, and I wholeheartedly recommend it. From the moment we arrived, the staff's exceptional service and politeness impressed us. They consistently went above and beyond to ensure we had a pleasant stay. Our spacious and well-equipped 2-bedroom apartment provided ample room for our family. The apartment had everything we needed, and the strong Wi-Fi signal was a bonus. The hotel boasts a beautiful beach, perfect for relaxation and water activities. We also appreciated the state-of-the-art gym, which allowed us to maintain our fitness routine while on vacation. One of the highlights of the resort is its direct link to the brand-new Marassi Galleria Mall. This modern mall houses a wide variety of shops and restaurants, offering plenty of dining and entertainment options. Overall, we had an outstanding experience at Vida Beach Resort Marassi Al Bahrain. The property was stunning. All the staff was amazing and make us feel so welcomed. The beach was beautiful and my kids had so much fun. The breakfast was so delicious and great options. Loved that the mall was in walking distance from the resort.
