"Good location, good hotel but reception needs hospitality improvement if compared to other hotels."

"Amazing hotel and comfortable"

"No desi breakfast fast. Need paratha karahai chicken or nigari"

"The hotel was excellent! It was very neat, clean, and well-maintained. The rooms were spotless, and the overall atmosphere was comfortable and welcoming. We had a wonderful stay and truly appreciated the cleanliness and quality of the service. Highly recommended!"

"Nice accept the door key not working several times"

"It was a pleasent stay, the apartment was nice and spacious, staff was helpful but some of the staff was not freindly/professional at all. The apartment was clean but it seemed like the sheets were not as clean cuz it was making our skin itchy, there were no towels. But overall it was a good stay, area was nice and quiet as well. I was ok for a short stay."

"Hotel looks new with lot of modern features incorporated. However, the real soul of hospitality is missing. Hardly see staff smiling. Infact, the reception seems lost and robotic. Staying in five star hotels, first time I have experienced coming back form work and finding the room as you left it. Asking for the reason, "the house keeping was not told to clean the room. They cannot enter the room without permission". I am confused, is it good or bad. I mean, you trsut the hotel and expect them to...
