The room was extremely spacious, closer to north american sized rooms than Japanese. The room was very clean and towels were replaced daily. "スタッフの対応がめちゃくちゃだった。 名前を伝えチェックインするが2泊の予定なのに 1泊と言われ、2泊を伝えるも1泊ですと言われ先払い済みなのにホテル代請求される。 予約画面を見せてようやく対応。 　駐車場を停める場所を聞き、了承を得たが次の日、観光中にめちゃくちゃ電話がかかってきて、出ると駐車場の場所を移動して欲しいと連絡が来て意味がわからない。許可を得たと言っても移動して欲しいと一点張り。予定してたプランを変更してわざわざホテルまで戻ってきた。スタッフ間の連携ができないホテルだと思われる。"

"駅前の方ではなく、駅からは徒歩20分ほどの城東地区。電車で旅行の方は、その点ご注意を。アクセス以外は良好。大浴場（部屋にもシャワーはあり）、アイス＆飲料の無料サービスもあり。スタッフの方はGWで多忙な中、私の質問に答え、おいしいアップルパイの店を紹介してくださいました。"
