2部屋、禁煙室を予約しました。部屋に入ったらとてもタバコの臭いが酷かった。あまりにも酷かったので窓を開けたり、備え付けの消臭スプレーをしたり、空気清浄機を全開にかけたりしたけど、あまりにも耐えきれなかったのでスタッフに伝えた。 そしたら部屋は3ヶ月前から禁煙に変更になった。と話され他の部屋も同じと言われて変更してもらえなかった。 もう一部屋も若干タバコの臭いはしたけど、そこまでではなかった。 清掃時、臭いとかも消臭したりしないのかな？ 絶対前に利用した方が部屋で吸ったと思います。それが本当に残念でした。 朝食はメニューは品数が少なく、ちょっとしたサラダとおかずはハムやベーコン、魚の切り身など。1800円では正直高いと思いました。

いまいち

部屋は清潔で廊下の広い窓から岩木山が望める点は良かったがドアの開け方に難があり開けるのに手間取った。泊まった部屋だけの問題だったのかは不明。空調が壊れていたのか暑くて夜寝れないほどだった。冷房で17度にしてもぜんぜん聞かず翌日は寝不足で観光する羽目に。

宿泊したのは10月上旬、寒気の後で気温が10度以下の状況だったのに、暖房使えず。 ホテルの空調によっては、全館暖房または冷房しか使えないところはよくあるが、それにしてもこの時期で暖房に切り替えていないのはどうかと思いました。風邪をひかないようにするのが大変でした。自販機設置、部屋に冷蔵庫設置は便利でした。

廊下について

特に無いのですが 強いて言えば、２階の客室に行き来する際 ３段ほどの階段が少しだけしんどかったです。 重いキャリーバックを持ち上げなければならず お年寄りなどは苦労するのでは？ それ以外は何も無いですね。
