Séjour de trois nuits

Décevant. Parce que nous sommes restés 3 nuits, le lit, le ménage n'ont pas été fait et les serviettes pas changées. Nous ne reviendrons plus dans cette hôtel.

Hotel irrespectueux des clients (un réceptionniste) je nen dirai pas plus mais je peux si la direction de cette chaîne me contact (preuve à l’appuie) hygiène et propreté déplorable cette hôtel Formule1 est vraiment a fuire même si le cadre autour est nature verte c’est le seule point positif. Vous avez d’autres hôtel autour mais pour avoir passer une nuit jen Suis repartie avec ds nausée tellement les odeur et l’endroit est insupportable. Le réceptionniste est juste inhumain et rabaissant par rapport au prix de l’hôtel et vous le dit clairement. Je déconseille fortement cette hôtel.

No llegues fuera del horario de recepción

Sólo estuvimos 1 noche . En lineas generales está bien. El colchon muy comodo, no se escuchan ruidos ni carreteras aunque esta a la salida de la autopista, el baño de la habitación Cabrio es minusculo pero te hace el apaño. Está hecha la habitación al milimetro para que quepa lo justo. Pero si tengo que decir un PERO...Días antes avisamos que llegariamos pasadas las 12 de la noche. Aunque nos dieron un código para entrar y hacer el check-in pasadas las 12 de la noche. En la pantalla de afuera de la entrada de recepción, introduciamos el código y no podiamos entrar porque resulta que como no estaba pagada la tasa turistica que se debe pagar in-situ allí y no se da opción de pago por internet . Sólo te daba opción a que viniera alguien de recepción para poder pagar la tasa turistica y poder hacer check-in, aunque tengas pagada ya la habitación. Al telefono que habia alli en la mesita de recepción no nos atendia nadie y fueron varios intentos.Por suerte habia un huésped francés y fue a buscarla, estaba durmiendo, fue amable . Pero está mal gestionado que te blooquen la entrada a la habitación por 2 euros miseros que podrian haberlos cobrado a la mañana siguiente y no tenerte en la puerta a la 1 de la madrugada cansados del viaje y sin respuesta por parte del hotel.

Horrible. Para empezar no me han dado cama doble como tenia reservada,sino 2 camas.La planta 1 huele a maria, dentro de la habitacion a humedad. En la habitacion hay un lavabo ,pero no me han dado ni jabon ni toallas aun que lo he reclamado tanto yo como de la agencia. Llego a las 18:00 h y la maquina de cheking rota,no hay nadie en la recepcion.Menos mal que pregunté un chico que estaba fumando y me indicó que debo llamar por un telefono dentro.La chica estaba tan tranqui en su habitacion a 5 metros de la recepcion..que pocas ganas de trabajar..

Mauvaise expérience

Nous avons réservé une nuit dans cet hôtel en demandant une chambre avec deux lits séparés. À notre arrivée, il ne restait qu'une chambre avec un lit double. De plus, la chambre n'avait ni douche ni toilettes privatives, ce qui était très décevant. Le petit déjeuner était beaucoup trop sucré et manquait d'options intéressantes. Dans l'ensemble, notre expérience n'a pas été à la hauteur de nos attentes.

Franchement pas top

Les personnes à l'accueil sont sympa. RAS sur le personnel. Par contre les chambres l'enfer, il faisait froid donc bah allumage clim qui fait un bruit d'enfer..bref la housse de couette déchirée, toile de chaleur au plafond qui en dit long sur la poussière. Pas d'isolation tu es chez le voisin. Plus jamais me concernant... Seul + le personnel
