Worn down

State of room and hotel appeared very dated and worn down. No consistency in room cleaning. Lack of all amenities (4 star hotel!!). Most of the equipment in gym was broken and filthy. Children everywhere uncontrolled (in gym etc).

Séjour au calme au bord de la piscine

Cet hôtel situé dans une zone industrielle où il y a pas grand chose autour et l’endroit où passer un weekend au calme, au bord de la piscine. Il suffit de prendre la voiture pour se rendre à Aix en Provence en 20 minutes ou à Marseille en 40 minutes. Hôtel bien équipé avec sauna, salle de sport, terrain de paddel, pétanque avec les boules à disposition, bar et restaurant. Un hôtel presque familial, sans chichi, agréable

Super établissement

Un séjour merveilleux !J'ai rarement vu un hotel offrant tant de services, il y a tout. Il y a un grand extérieur avec une piscine, un terrain de pétanque, un terrain de padle, une table de ping pong, des transats à l'ombre. Le service est souriant, le personnel aux petits soins. Il est facile de visiter la region, et on peut se detendre le soir.

Un excellent séjour dans cet établissement digne d’un vrai 4 étoiles ! La fille de la réception très disponible, professionnel, à l’écoute et extrêmement serviable. Mention spéciale également à l’équipe du bar qui partage les mêmes qualités : accueillante, attentionnée et chaleureuse. La chambre était spacieuse, propre, bien équipée et très confortable. Rien à redire, la même chose pour l'équipe petit déjeuner tout était parfait. Chapeau à toute l’équipe et merci pour cette belle expérience

Un grand merci pour ce séjour très agréable ! L’hôtel est vraiment sympa, confortable et accueillant. Merci tout particulièrement à S.J. (désolé si je me trompe dans l’écriture !) qui a été aux petits soins pour nous tout au long du séjour. Nous avons également beaucoup apprécié l’accueil chaleureux dès notre arrivée. Je descend souvent dans cet hôtel pour le travail. Cette fois ci j'ai eu une chambre avec vue sur les montagnes mais avec des espacements dans le parquet vraiment pas terrible et dans la baignoire qui sert aussi de douche, une partie de la fixation pendait au flexible de douche. Déçue pour cette fois. Je pense revenir dans quelques temps mais là j'ai préféré réservé ailleurs pour l'instant.
