"This is a great place to stay if you’re looking for a quiet neighborhood without the mobs of tourists. The building is beautiful and quite sprawling. I was on the 2nd floor and had incredible views of Dean village. On clear days you can see quite far beyond the city into the mountains and sea. My room was spacious and well stocked with coffee, espresso, tea, dishes, flatware, etc. I had control over the heat which i loved. The bed was quite comfortable and the furniture was quite nice. "Well maintained and beautiful property. Very comfortable and convenient location. They made all of us feel home, even the little kid"

"Zentrumsnahes Hotel, dennoch ruhig gelegen. Das Doppelzimmer mit zwei Einzelbetten war sehr geräumig. Die kleine Küchenzeile inkl. Mikrowelle, Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher sowie Kühlschrank haben wir gerne als Selbstversorger morgens und abends genutzt Das Service-Personal war sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und würden jederzeit wieder dort übernachten. Absolute Empfehlung- vielen Dank!"

"Wonderful stay at Eden Locke in New Town Edinburgh. The building was clean and quiet. Check in was later than our arrival time, but the staff were accommodating with storing our luggage before we could access our suite. The room was a small studio-type suite, perfect size for two people. If one wants to be self sufficient, this is perfect. Small kitchenette with laundry. Housekeeping was only once in our ten days there, so the space was truly our own."

"I loved this place. It was exactly as described. Clean, modern furnishings in a beautiful old building. Comfortable bed, plush towels, great heating system. I had a gap between when I arrived in Edinburgh and the 15:00 check in which is often the case. Your code will let you into the building and a room in the basement where you can leave your luggage. This was greatly appreciated. The location was excellent. I walked everywhere and didn’t once use Edinburgh’s wonderful public transportation....

"The property worked for our family of 5 stay; however, property does not have AC which would be important in the summer. Additionally, sleeping 5 meant sharing spaces as there is only a large great room / kitchen and the master bedroom with master bath. If you need a laundry you’ll have to reserve somewhere else. The location was the best attribute of this property. It is close to everything."

"Quiet, clean and convenient boutique hotel"

"Lovely Room. Great location. Attentive staffs."

"Lovely decor and fittings. Great location and easy links to all parts of the city"

"Well appointed rooms. Lively lobby space and restaurant, the only downside is that you have to often walk single file to your room if it's on the opposite side of the bar when it's busy. Staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating. The hotel is in a quiet location with city centre a brisk fifteen minute walk away."

"Lovely hotel, friendly staff"

"I booked two rooms for my group, both rooms were the Townhouse Grand option. Upon arrival we were greeted by Mick who was very helpful and kind and assisted us with our bags as the hotel does not have a lift, which we were aware of. The rooms we were placed in were in the basement level and unfortunately you can hear everything in the rooms. The staff entrance is outside the rooms, which we learned due to people coming in loudly in the middle of the night. The first night we were woken up at...

"Absolutely loved this apartment! Smooth check in process and quick responses when I reached out to them. GREAT location- with so many places to eat just across the street. Only thing I will say is to make sure you give yourself enough time before checkout, to use the washer/dryer. We could not figure it out and unfortunately it wouldn’t unlock for a very long time and our clothes were still damp but we had to leave and had no choice. Other than that machine everything was great lol."

"Amazing and roomy rooms. Very clean. Quiet location."
