"The apartment itself was clean. The check in was easy. There is a man on the property who helps and gives you the keys. My first issue was the pool. The pool was out of order like not a drop of water in the pool. I was told “oh it will be ready next week”, which I wouldn’t be there for. I’m on vacation it’s my birthday, I filtered places with pools and boom I pay get there, and there is no pool ? Absolutely set my trip off completely wrong. "It's a bit overpriced for what it is. The "partial ocean view" part is false advertising. There's no view of the ocean from the room I stayed in, but there was a very small beach right outside the gates. The area was also a little noisy because music was being blasted well past 10 p.m. on a Monday night which wasn't that bad, but then I woke up to a lot of banging fron 6 a.m. to about 8 a.m. There was also constant foot traffic and talking by my door around that time. "Traveled here with a group for my friend's birthday and had an amazing time! That ocean view balcony is worth the few extra dollars so go for it! The beach is is so clear and refreshing and it's steps away from the pool. There were plenty of chairs, cabanas and lounging chairs to relax. This is def a great place to come when you need to unwind, enjoy a wide variety of delicious food, and interact with the staff who are so kind and helpful and provide really great entertainment and fun...

"We literally were only there for half hour and had to leave! Please is outdated, room smelled molded! Bedsheets and bedding were dirty, that is had pee stains! Went outside the room to catch my breath from the room and a lizard about went in my hair! The room door had gaps that insect or lizard could come in! We left and tried to get a refund but we're out right denied, even though we were there for half an hour!"

Even the poor must be honest and advertise as so."

"I didn't like the stay. The bed was extremely hard. Ther were no real amenities to use. The staff was not accommodating at all. They wouldn't clean your room nor empty your trash unless you asked several times. many of the meals were not very good."

"The property’s was not what was listed, very dirty and the location is not safe. 2 there is bedbug and mosquitoes.the bathroom sinks very bad order. The Camilo is after money.please i advise any guests to go to safe locations and this rotten place.the owner will you and still robed you at the same time.musical are so loud you can’t sleep."
