"Place definitely had better times in terms of exterior looking, bedroom was ok ish in terms of size. really tiny shower, wifi stopped working through the night. breakfast was ok for a one night stop (cold cuts, vienosserie, boiled eggs, fruits, cake, cereal). possibility to safely store bicycle inside. Osteria next door is life saving for excellent food. the place is next to a very busy road, expect this when opening the window "

Home prepared meals with local or home grown produce on fine antique china. Overlooks mountains and Vineyards. Host cater to your preferences and very knowledgeable about area. Room was ultra modern and comfortable. Food was amazing and authentic local dishes. Highly recommended if you want to experience life outside...

"Perfect hotel, excellent location in the middle of Stia, a small and cute town in the middle of Casentino valley in Toscany with many places to visit nearby. The room was extremely clean, nicely decorated, spacious bathroom. Service from Patrizia and the team was excellent. "Our stay was aboslutely wonderful! The house and farm lies high up in the Tuscan hills and we were immersed in lush greenery with a river flowing nearby. Lorenzo was very welcoming and cooked us a delicious Tuscan dinner every night. We also loved his beautiful dog and two cats who made our stay extra nice! The room was sprakling clean and very cozy.
