"Everything looked very nice. It was clean. They were very polite, and when we needed new towels, they made sure we had them. Very happy with my stay."

"Close to downtown Richmond. Room was large. Could use some updates."

"The place was very clean and nice. Central location to food places and shopping."

"TV didn’t work, staff wasn’t helpful. It didn’t work throughout the stay. Staff made not much effort to fix or offer options. Just said we called TV company and “they will do what they can”. Nothing was done."

"clean"

"Everything was excellent with possible exception of breakfast. We may have caught it late but the eggs were cold."

"Rooms are always clean the people that work there are great people"

"This was a really great place to stay for a quick trip to Richmond. Check in was a breeze, the staff was very friendly, and there was plenty of parking on site (although you did have to pay a small daily parking fee which was unexpected). The buffet breakfast was well done, and coffee was always available in the lobby. Rooms were clean and quiet. Located in Henrico suburbs, between Short Pump and Richmond City, but very easy access to I64/I95. Would definitely recommend if you have a car."

"This is our second time staying at the very same hotel location. It’s nothing grand but good for what we needed. The breakfast was excellent as was the coffee. There were plenty of offerings for breakfast plus good coffee!"

"We enjoyed the historical aspect of the inn and the beauty of the buildings. The location was perfect for walking to restaurants. I wished I had asked for a paper copy of my bill as I do not have one in my email."

"Hotel was very clean. A very nice location. I would stay there again."

"This wasn’t as nice as other Fairfield Inn and Suites I’ve stayed at. It’s a half done remodel with very old worn out elements of the prior hotel remaining like the doors, bathtubs, and closets. No toiletries kit, built in closet and coffee station typical of the new Fairfield’s. Tried to call front desk by the phone line was CUT! When I asked above toiletries kit the front desk person informed me they didn’t have them because they were a smaller property. Housekeeping not regularly and trash...

"We stayed for five days for a wedding and traveling around Richmond, DC. The hotel was nice and the staff was always helpful. The elevator was the only thing I didn’t like. I always felt like we were going to get stuck, it made a loud noise and kind of freaked me out. Other than that, the hotel was great. Literally the most comfortable beds, bedding and pillows ever!"
