"We really loved our stay. The wine in the room was a thoughtful touch. The pool is a real highlight!"

"Cosy stay"

"The experience was horrible. First day when we arrived we were accommodated in some old facility - the sink was leaking, the bed was squieking, towels were dirty. In the morning from 6 am someone was shouting, laughing and so on. The curtains were very see through, there was no personal space. Next day we were moved to the other place which was better but still the same problems and it was very cold inside. FOOD WAS HORRIBLE and overpriced. Me and my husband got food poisoned after the dinner....

"Spotless Room, Mary - Jane + Security (Staff) - Value for money Restaurant tasty meals, Comfortable rooms and amenities "

"This is a beautiful, clean and comfortable hotel. Staff is super helpful- a true 5 star hotel!"

"If you are in Franschhoek highly recommend this property which is very central and very close to all the cafe and restaurants and shopping, they provide shuttle to the tram train. The staff were wonderful and super helpful! We had an amazing time. I have been to 30 countries and the staff from this hotel went beyond my expectations."

"Top locatie, geeeldige kamers"

"Veldig fin frokost, mye mer enn det man kan spise. Veldig familievennlig. ALLE der er hyggelige, inkludert gjestene. Anbefaler alle å teste dette stedet ut, jeg ble seriøst overrasket over hvor bra dette stedet var i forhold til pengene jeg betalte. "
