"Beautiful grounds on the hotel property. It is across from a beautiful beach. Nice pool. Extremely helpful, caring staff. Was great to have a restaurant at this hotel with good food. I would definately stay again if I'm ever in Nassau. 5 stars!!"

"There was a door to adjoin rooms that had no insulation and I was woken up in the middle of the night and early morning to yelling and screaming by the people in the room next to me. When I told the front desk their only response was all the rooms where like that to call if I get woken up again. Also had no detergent to buy for laundry or coins. Therefore it is quite far away by foot from restaurants, shops, beach etc. It only makes sense if you have a rental car. "If you’re looking to be around a lot of locals and experience Bahamian culture this may not be the place for you. This hotel is pretty great place is you’re looking for the resort experience . Especially if you’re not trying to pay crazy money to stay at a resort in the Bahamas. My only complaint is that a lot of activities close early (around 7pm) and buying food is kind of expensive. "The resort was beautiful and well maintained. That's where the compliments end. The only entertainment was sitting on the beach or lazy river all day , if you can find a spot. During the day the beach and lazy river are overrun by people off of the cruise ships. When the cruise ships leave at the end of the day the whole town closes up. "Recently returned from 6 days at the Atlantis. (Family of 3- 2 adults and 1 child (12)) We had an amazing experience! We stayed at The Cove and opted for the club level- which was well worth it for us! (Note- the club lounge does not allow kids under 12- staff is strict about this policy) Club includes a full breakfast in the morning and small bites after. "The only complaint I had were the guest that had a double room above me. Once I complained to the staff, the noise did stop. I would definitely stay there again and having access to the Atlantis was a major PLUS."
