"Not bad "

"Great stay! We actually stayed 2 weeks after traveling for over 4 months. My husband, dog and I enjoyed our stay. Clean and comfortable. Housekeeping stuff were all very nice. Options for food next door and the hotel bar has some snacks and beverages. Not a bad drive to Wetherby and York. We took Ubers. We’d stay again. "

"One staff member (female, short wearing glasses) was not friendly at all. But others were excellent, especially one goes by the name Violetta. She was superb. "

"Good location and comfortable rooms with everything you need. Our bedroom was on the small side and no twins available if you are booking for siblings or anyone needing separate beds. "

"The reception staff were very helpful in giving us a room without residents above us. They also went out of their way to tell us of nearby facilities and the town surrounding. Very friendly."

"The rooms were comfortable and very clean. Lovely to have a fridge in yhe room. Staff were very helpful & friendly. A lovely one night stay whilst attending a wedding party. £5 parking fee, not excessive but no mention about this when booking. Might as well just add £5 to the room rate and not have those unsightly signs everywhere. "

"We booked last minute, for an event in leeds and it was perfect, close to where we needed to be, parking was so convenient.. staff were lovely and so helpful everything was amazing comfy beds and the shower wow 👌 Would definitely recommend "

"All of the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful The hotel is undergoing a major refurbishment and looking amazing. The only minor downside to our stay was the air conditioning/ heating not working as a consequence of the refurbishment. The brilliant staff had a portable heater put in our room within minutes. Excellent service from excellent staff. Looking forward to staying again. "

"Liked everything. Room was super comfortable and clean. Nice having a kettle for tea. Really close to train station..road work being done outside but didnt cause us any inconvenience. Near to buses and shopping. Would stay here again.cost reasonable. "

"We were attending an event at Harewood House so only needed a one night stay. Haley's Hotel is set in a lovely quiet area with some beautiful Grade II listed houses in a tree lined road. The hotel was very clean, comfortable with a charming country house elegance.The staff were very welcoming and Haley's has the added bonus of on site parking. Complimentary toiletries, trouser press and ironing board etc made this hotel feel much nicer than the corporate modern ones. Superb breakdast and...
