Friendly and helpful at reception room very clean and spacious a great cooked breakfast served at 07:00 unlike some hotels who think 09:30 is a good breakfast time and as for the price i frightened to say great value for money in case they put the price up it safe to say you will be as surprised as I was at what you get here oh and plenty of free parking it’s win win

We stayed here for a party at the hotel and it was all really lovely. The greeting at reception was great and as it was weekend we had breakfast included which was a nice surprise. Our room was clean with everything we could need - the bed and pillows were super comfy. Excellent hotel with great value for money

Excellent hotel with great value for money. The restaurant and bar are fantastic, and the beds are incredibly comfortable. Free on-site parking and convenient access to Leeds make it even better. Highly recommend to anyone visiting the area.

Staff excellent - could be the best part of the experience. Room spacious if slightly dated - very quiet, comfy bed, nice wardrobes, good work space, iron plus ironing board, hairdryer, kettke etc. Restaurant very good. Good variety of food on offer with everything I ate cooked fresh. Proper bar as well. Excellent on site parking. Not my first stay at this hotel and won't be my last.
