"Excellent location. Short walk to train station. Inside old city area with walk streets, restaurants, stores. Room was very good, large recently renovated bathroom and comfortable bed. Best part was the staff - so friendly, helpful and kind. They seem to genuinely like their jobs!"

"The building is falling into disrepair. The suite is spacious but quite dark. The pillows were pathetic & the shower is extremely small. A small supply of body wash, shampoo, paper towels etc would be a bonus. "

"We weren’t aware of the elevator tube when we first arrived. The front desk is not staffed and you get in by receiving a key code to your phone. Once we got that organized, it was fine. We were on the third floor and my travelling companion was wonderful about lugging stuff up three long curvy flights of stairs. Once she reached the top, she realized there was an elevator tube that we could use. It was for one person only and it was a tight squeeze with luggage. It felt like you were in a vacuum canister. But it did the trick and certainly helped from having to lug suitcases up all those flights. It would’ve been helpful to know that that was available ahead of time. The staff who were there for breakfast were terrific and the breakfast was delicious. They were able to provide us with some useful information for our stay in this pretty little town."
