I even spoke to the manager and he said Expedia overbooked it until I reached out to Expedia and these scammers started calling me back saying we have a booking for you. "Overall stay was satisfactory; the food was good, we enjoyed the fire dance show. It is nice to connect with other hotels, large area for a walk. Pools are good, activities host was great. Beds are comfortable. Cons: the room was stinky with damp and drain smell; there was a concrete mixer doing work right outside of our room for the day, very noisy; sound proofing was not great, can hear the people/staffs talking during the day as well, just be mindful when you have a baby who naps during the day"
