"This is a well located hotel in the centre of Bruges. The check in was efficient. The room and bathroom were well looked after. We stayed on NYE. The hotel staff brought chocolates to the room along with a card signed by the staff, which was a lovely gesture. We chose not to book breakfast as we wanted the flexibility to sleep on New Years Day before checking out. Recommended. "

"My room had a path with lots of stairs, thankfully they gave me easier access with all my luggage! I didn't check out the breakfast or bar, but it looked nice. The room was simpler than anticipated, but the bed was comfortable and the bathroom was clean and included decent towels and was comfortably heated. The hotel is at a great location, a few minutes from the plaza."
