"Beautiful flat and well appointed with everything you'd need to cook and hang out. A couple of good restaurants down the street and a small grocery store right across the street. The flat was about a 10 minute walk to Milano Centrale and the tram line which was very convenient for getting around Milan or for day trips to Lake Como and Venice, which we did. "It was as described and clean. Communication though wasn't great, with online checkin and WhatsApp messages from 2 different people requesting the same information. Felt like dealing with a call centre. Slow to respond and access details were only received the day before, though were very good when they did arrive. Asked to check out at 11.00 rather than 10.00 and told no, as it was booked out - though had only just received an invitation to extend our stay, so the two don't fit."
