"I called before I booked a stay here to confirm if i can have early check in (1 day before ) they said no problem at all and asked what time i would be checking in and room. Once i arrived, they wanted to charge me $75 to check in 2 hours early. When the whole room was $85, after I explained i was never told this, the guy didnt care and didnt do anything. I sat in the lobby to look at more places because after the rude guy and what happened, i would be damned if i paid another $75 for a room there, I looked down and had two ants crawling on me so i stood up and saw 2 more on the chairs. I got out of there quick and filed a dispute with my credit card "

"Everything was clean, the staff was friendly and helpful, I’m only giving 4 stars because this is the third time we have stayed at N extended stay and had people next to us keep us up. Loud music, pounding on the walls arguing. I know it’s out of the hotels control but it made it very unpleasant. Outside of that it’s a good spot and close to lots of shopping, food, and things to do"

"Avoid this hotel!!!! I travel frequently, but this is by far the worst experience I’ve had. The facility is falling apart: the rooms are old, the AC failed, the door was difficult to open, and the toilet broke. The service was non-existent. When the toilet broke, I couldn't get anyone on the phone. I went to the lobby, but the staff had left for the day. I tried the operator and the after-hours line multiple times with no luck. Rude service and zero accountability—stay elsewhere"

"Room 324 - fan in bathroom doesn’t work. Told it to the front desk staff but the issue was never addressed."

"Staff was super friendly and helpful. There were pretty extensive renovations going on which limited the use of elevators, we took the stairs which was fine but not ideal when on higher floors. Beds were comfortable, black out shades were great and the room was quiet and comfortable."
