"The views from level 40 were sensational! The room was beautiful with an amazing spa bath! In room facilities were awesome and very handy (in room laundry, full size fridge and dishwasher) A new little annoyances with this hotel (which wouldn’t stop us staying there again). Entry on ground floor, reception on level 2, parking on B3 and limited luggage trolleys made it hard to empty our full car on checkin with 2 kids. We happily paid the high price of the room so that the kids could swim in...

"The hotel is showing its age with most of the furnishing scratched or ripped and needs a refurbishment. Good food, excellent first class service and awesome gym. There was a wedding on, so unfortunately we were not allowed to use the pool and very dissappointing"

"Highly recommend. The pool is fantastic for kids with the sand to play in and there are communal sand toys if you forget your own. Pool bar is great for food and drinks. The hotel itself is beautiful and the onsite restaurants are fantastic. Highly recommend you book ahead for the teppanyaki restaurant and also the buffet night at the main restaurant. We will stay here again! The staff are also, all wonderful. "

"This stunning hotel left me wishing I could stay another night! From the moment you step in, the hotel exudes comfort and privacy. The seated check-in desks give a nice personal touch upon arrival. I was lucky to be upgraded to a penthouse suite for my one night stay. The suite was simply “wow”.
