"I travelled with my family with two kids. I appreciated that they let us check-in early since the kids are tired from the flight. Location is excellent since it's walking distance to most attraction in CBD, restaurants and malls. Hall ways and rooms are dated though but still okay. Pool needs more heating and not kids friendly. Overall, we enjoyed our stay."

"While the staff were lovely and the room was nice we waited 3 hours for a second bathrobe and had to call 4 times. There was also an opened bottle of sparkling water in the mini bar. The carpet in the hallway was dirty and needed a vacuum. For a hotel that costs a lot to stay in, those details are a bit of a letdown. "

"The hotel is in a great location. The rooms were really nice. The staff was great. There was construction in the lobby that was affecting being able to enjoy the lobby. I was charged for a full breakfast when the breakfast was not being offered to its fullest capacity due to construction. It made me feel like customer service was lacking and I never sought breakfast at the hotel again. Other than the construction issues and mediocre service during that time the hotel is lovely. "

"One of the best hotels I have stayed at. The staffs were very friendly and helpful. The view of the opera house is breathtaking. The only complaint I have is the internet charge ($25/ day) which should be included in the rate for the hotel of this caliber. That said, I still highly recommend this hotel if u plan to be in sydney."
