"Staff were wonderful, valet service was quick and room was pretty big. It is a huge hotel and the wait for the elevator is crazy long. People were cramming into already packed elevators because they had been waiting 10 minutes. Also impossible to talk to front desk before we arrived. "

"Property was great, shame that the door faced the bed I found this a little disconcerting as a solo traveler. However facilities were good and i enjoyed my stay. I would recommend this place, I walked everywhere, it’s equally situated between Boston North and South. Stations which worked for my travel needs. I Espe liked that housekeeping didn’t come unless asked and the front desk had any additionals on hand if needed. Really friendly staff . "

"My sisters and I spent the weekend in Boston. This hotel was located near the North End. Easy to walk all over. We really enjoyed our stay. Hotel was clean and staff very helpful."

"The only downside when we were visiting was that an elevator was out of order so it was a little extra longer for the wait, but the staff was amazing, view was beautiful, and so easy to get wherever you want to go without really needing more than your feet to get you there!"

"Hotel is in center of town. Very convenient to all. Seems could be landmark building because style and decor seems old, but the ceilings are pretty high on all floors. All aspects except for frame of rooms are renovated. It’s fine for central place to stay and very affordable. Will go back again"

"1 star for location, you can walk to many attractions from this hotel, and two T stops are within a 5 min walk. so You can get anywhere in the city easily. 1 star for comfy beds and clean rooms 1 star for decent gym with peloton bikes 1 star for staff friendliness But the hotel is looking pretty rundown and the rooms could use a facelift. and Smart TV's Location gets a little sketchy at night for walking "
