Dans un quartier calme mais . excentré. Le tramway devant l'hôtel est indispensable pour rejoindre le centre et les quartiers intéressants à visiter. Encaissé entre deux immeubles. "Comfortable apartment. 2 bed, 1 bath with washer and dryer, full kitchen. Apartment needs a good refurbishment. It was as clean as it could be and we had daily service. However the dishwasher was not securelyinstalledand didn'twash clean. The dryer had a dodgy lint filter that allowed a layer of lint to settle over the entire bathroom when we used it (filter cleaned each load did nt solve the problem). Reception staff fine. Car parking with a 4WD tight. Location great. "

"This was an excellent value property containing everything you could want. This included a fridge with freezer compartment and a cooker. There was a queen sized bed and a single pull out matress in the apartment. Good sized bathroom. Location very close to St Kilda station. Great bats nearby with long happy hours."

"Our apartment was too small for 2 Adults BUT we were extremely happy with the location as we had Medical appointments and could walk there easily. Walking to the restaurants was also a great bonus. Thankyou"

"Very comfortable, but freezing at 6pm until we put heater up to 26 degrees. Tv needed a PhD to work and given price, a few complimentary biscuits or something like that, would have not gone astray!! We stayed in Urban penthouse I thought that would have better views, wished we had chosen park side. Great neighbourhood."
