"I stayed there two nights the first night we checked in at 11 PM and we had no air conditioning and we didn’t realize it until about 2 AM. We were sweating., I could not sleep all night. The next day they got the air fixed and the ceiling. It was so sickening. It was peeling and almost looked like there was mold. Booked through Expedia and tried to get a refund as I showed the manager at the hotel pictures of the ceiling and he said that the room should’ve never been in service. And I deserve a...

"Excellent airport location. Very convenient access to all terminals, including the farthest T5. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. Restaurant couls use less AC - it was very cold my likeness."

"When we arrived the room was not ready however we have arrived around 6 pm. We went to this hotel for our anniversary but the receptionist offered us to stay in a room with 2 single bed. However thankfully soon after our room got ready. But overall the hotel was not clean at all."
