"Hotel is very tired. The room had no door on the shower, the TV did not work and neither did the phone. We reported these issues to reception and they fixed the phone and connected the channels to the tv (apps like Netflix still didn’t work). The rooms are described as soundproof, which they most definitely are not! You can even hear toilets flushing, hair dryers and even people eating crisps… the walls are very thin! "The description of a chic 4 star hotel is definitely lost in translation. I was surprised to see how outdated the hotel floor’s interior was as well as the bathrooms. To be honest I chose NOT to use the shower and thank goodness I travel with no water needed full body bath wipes. The bathroom was old and needed several upgrades. NOT being able to put toilet paper in the toilet was off putting and had to force myself to remember. This was a first for me. The towels in the room were scratchy and...

"Altes, abgenutztes Zimmer mit dreckigem Teppich und schlechter Aussicht aufs Nachbarhaus. Die Klimaanlage lässt sich nicht abschalten, die Bettlaken waren minderwertig. Winziges Bad mit kaputten Duschkopf, die Kaffeemaschine (es gibt nur eine) beim Frühstück war ebenfalls kaputt, das Personal unfreundlich. Mehr ein 2 Sternehotel, das aber 150€ die Nacht kostet. Das einzige Gute war die Lage."

"Værelse ved pool var godt.
Hotel trænger til opgradering af nærmest alt. Sjældent muligt at bruge elevator. Mange var i stykker. Ingen legeplads til børnene. Ingen fungerende fitness.
Kun 2 barer til at få drikkevarer på hele hotellet til omkring 10 etager/niveauer. Inklusiv begge pools og strandområde.
Buffet var OK, men meget lille udvalg, og nærmest samme hver eneste dag. Morgenmad var ok. Men 100% samme udvalg hver dag.
Man er afhængig af bus, da det er næsten umuligt at få taxi."
