"Everything about our stay was perfect. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were so kind and welcoming, and the food was great! I will definitely be booking again."

"Would stay again. Next to the train tracks but train was not raining at night. Very clean. Windows can open for fresh air. Has everything we need. Breakfast was decent. Everyone working there was very nice"

"I stayed here for a few nights when I had a concert at the o2 Arena and I’ll definitely be staying again next time I’m in London! The price was perfect and the staff were really helpful when I needed to store my bags pre check in. A lovely little apartment that was perfect for myself being a solo traveller!"

"La qualité du service et la propreté des lieux. Beaucoup de choix au déjeuner, bon roulement"

"Good location at Heathrow T4"

"Slight problem with self check-in was rapidly resolved by a very helpful guy on reception. Room was fine although I personally wished to lower the ac but that was resistant - fortunately and gratefully able to open a window slightly. The guy running the cafe bar in reception was very keen to help and made a good impression. The location was perfect for an early start the following day. Overall a good experience."
