"Attended a work base conference in the building so it was convenient to stay as well. Close to beach and train station."

"This is a very reasonably priced Hotel located close to the Surfers Paradise area. The one-bedroom apartment is allocated was very reasonably priced. It was clean & comfortable. Whilst there is an onsite restaurant, it was not open on two of the four days I was there. There is no onsite bar or cafe so need to go offsite for coffee, snacks, drinks, etc."

"Our booking was for twin bedding.On arrival this had not been provided.A large king bed had been provided.We had to ring for beds to be fixed for our needs.This had happened the last time we stayed at the Mantra."

"Best customer service we’ve received in a long time. Room was great and the cot for my son was in excellent condition (good quality, proper mattress). Only disappointing thing was no toaster in the room as we didn’t have breakfast included. Would love to stay longer but this is definitely a drawback. We didn’t get to use many of the facilities due to husband and son being sick but we still had a great time considering."

"Did not find dishwasher tablets, so had to buy dishwashing liquid to do dishes Toilet paper very thin, had to fold over 3 times to use. Could not find bin liners to replace the original. I wish the pool and sauna were open later than 930pm. Everthing else was really good."
