"All staff were super helpful with all our requests when we had checked out and had a long wait for our bus, particularly Maria and Nhi. Property is super modern, rooms are clean and comfortable, and a lovely breakfast! Location is very central, we loves this hotel and would return if visiting Sapa. "

"The location of this hotel is brilliant, surrounded by cafes and restaurants and all town sights are easy walking distance. The hotel is spotlessly clean and staff are always on hand and will go that extra mile to assist guests. Food was also excellent in the buffet breakfast, lots of choice, fresh and plentiful . The only drawback for me was the bedding, the mattress was too hard and pillows too soft. Otherwise a great hotel to stay in."

"This hotel is a beautiful work of art. Our room was absolutely massive and it had its own living room area. The finishes in the washroom were beautiful and we had tons of space to store all of our stuff. The view was off the charts. The location is also great as it is close to all of the major attractions and transportation methods. The street it is on, has some great restaurants, coffee, shops, and a fantastic pub."
