Great location. Away from the city center but close enough, just minutes walk away from shops, restaurants and Sapa Station. Room is very clean with a great view. Very friendly staff. I would definitely stay here again.

I had a great stay at Sapa Yen. The hotel is a great escape from the hustle of bustle of the main tourist area at Sapa station. The staff and their service are excellent. I had the room with the Mountainview overlooking the railroad to Fansipan. I will stay here again and would highly recommend to everyone!

An amazing stay!!!

We had a fantastic stay at Sapa Yen Hotel! The view from the room was breathtaking. Sun in the reception was amazing, she was really nice and helpful. Sun served us breakfast in our room in the morning when we slept in late and also helped us book the bus for our next destination. We felt really welcome and would really recommend this hotel when you visit Sapa!

This hotel is underrated but has one of the best views from the room and from the restaurant where you can see the mountain view with the monorail passing. The hotel serves breakfast with local cusine (one of the best pho I've tried) but also has selection of foreign breakfast everything was so good. Also all the staff were very friendly and prodfessionals ready to help us with our needs. Thank You Yen Sapa hotel, we'll surely be back here if we happen to be in Sapa again! Highly reccomended!

This is the best property to stay.its budget friendly, staffs are really very nice and cleaness is upto the mark. The location is very good, you can visit the tourist attraction with in 15 min. Sapa plaza is 5-10min walk. I just loved this place and everyrhing was so perfect. They allow to keep luggage, as we had late night bus. In the room we had a welcome note, postcard . I definitely recommend this place.

Everything was just perfect!

My stay there was wonderful. Room was extremely clean and tidy. Air and atmosphere were both nice. Although it was foggy during my stay, I can imagine how you could see the beautiful mountain view through the big windows in the room. Staffers were friendly. Breakfast provided in the restaurant next to it was tasty. Egg coffee is a must try. Everything was just perfect.
